I started the month of July with a list of about nine chicken dishes and six beef options. (My beef options are used with ground turkey and sometimes venison.) I purchased shrimp for one special dinner and I have pizza and Italian subs on the list as well. We have had a graduation party already this month, will be getting together with friends on Friday, and at some point will go out for my grandmother's birthday. That will pretty much take care of the month!
I have just been choosing each day for the first part of July but I would like to have a little more of a plan in advance for this week.
Monday - Plantation Supper, Strawberry & Kiwi Salad
Tuesday - Chicken Enchiladas (my friend Kelly's recipe!), Corn on the Cob
Wednesday - Waffles, Bacon, Fruit
Thursday - Italian Subs, Salad, Chips (**Make Bread and Hoagies - leave some dough in freezer for Pizza**)
Friday - Dinner with friends!
Saturday - Pizza, Salad, Bread sticks
Sunday - Leftover Pizza for Lunch & Popcorn and Apples for Supper
